America First

There are so many Americans here at home in need of help, but yet we spend billions of dollars helping others abroad. With the exception of the Middle East, and any other worthy humanitarian causes around the world, it is imperative that we question our leaders on how the taxpayer’s money is being utilized.

Our government has a fiduciary responsibility to the people, especially when the return on investment is highly questionable, and in many cases counter-productive to what we want to achieve in terms of foreign policy. Giving to others abroad should be done exclusively, when it is in our national best interest to do so.

I want to focus my attention on domestic problems: housing market collapse, unemployment, health care, etc. We need to help those who have been mostly affected by the Congressional mismanage-ment and abuses that led to the current economic catastrophe.
